Information on set-up and dismantling

Set-up and dismantling at a glance

Early set-up (subject to charge)

  • January 29 + 30, 2026, from 7:00 a.m. to midnight
  • Subject to a fee up to 299 m² (EUR 550 per day)
  • Free of charge for 300 m² or more
  • You can order early setup via the exhibitor service shop. You can access the shop via this link.
  • Please note that you must register in advance to enter the grounds. To reduce waiting times, please register online in advance of the event.


Regular set-up

  • From January 31, 2026, the halls will be open continuously until the start of the trade fair (February 6, 2026).
  • On February 5, 2026, setup will only be possible within the booths from 3 p.m. onwards, as our service providers will be cleaning the halls and laying the carpet.
  • Please note that you must register in advance to enter the grounds. To reduce waiting times, please register online in advance of the event.

Please note: On February 9, dismantling may only take place within the stands between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., as the carpet will be removed from the aisles and empty containers delivered by the trade fair forwarding agents. During this time, the freight elevators cannot be used.

Dismantling vehicles will be allowed to enter after 8:30 p.m.

Important: During the entire set-up and dismantling period, access to the exhibition grounds is

only possible via the check-in area. Every vehicle that wishes to enter the exhibition grounds must be registered online in advance.

Extended dismantling is not possible.

Please be sure to note the following dates and deadlines:

  • Submission of stand construction plans requiring approval: 01.12.2025
  • Deadline for ordering suspensions: 26.12.2025
  • Starting date for the express surcharge on certain services: 16.01.2026
  • Deadline for ordering electricity: 05.02.2026

Please understand that we are unable to carry out any orders for suspensions or electricity that are received after the dates noted above.

Express surcharge

We are happy to support your efforts to make your trade fair a success. To ensure that all services can be made available in a timely manner, we ask that you place your orders in the Shop for Exhibitor Services by no later than 15. January 2026.

Naturally you can also place orders shortly before the event or even while it is in process. Please note, however, that increased expenditures are required to provide certain services with extensive planning/personnel requirements at short notice. As a result, some services are subject to an express surcharge in the amount of 25 % of the service price for all orders received 21 days or less before the event.

  • The Creativeworld Navigator app is the ideal trade fair companion.
  • The Creativeworld Navigator is available free of charge for Apple devices (iPhone, iPod touch, iPad) in the App Store and for Android devices in the Google Play Store.
  • Site plan provides an overview of the various areas of Creativeworld 2026.
  • Three additional plans (parking garages and gates, services on site, and an overview of freight elevators) are available on the general page.

Accessing the exhibition grounds during set-up and dismantling phases

Messe Frankfurt’s new Central Traffic Management system has offered customer vehicles optimised access to the exhibition grounds during the set-up and dismantling phases of events. For this purpose, we ask exhibitors, stand construction companies and freight forwarders to register online in advance.

Once you have a print-out of the registration confirmation, you can go to the specified check-in. Please follow the signs from the motorway exit F-Rebstock (address for your navigation device: Bruno-Poelke-Strasse).

During the set-up and dismantling phase (incl. early set-up and extended dismantling), vehicles may only access the exhibition grounds through the check-in. Here, the check-in staff will see whether a loading zone is available for you. If it is, you will be given an authorisation form specifying the gate through which you can access the exhibition grounds.

Please note: In case of high volume of traffic waiting times are possible at the check-in!
Please note that only vehicles with an authorisation form will be allowed on to the exhibition grounds.
