Information on set-up and dismantling
Set-up
On 5 September 2024 from 07:00 a.m. the regular free set-up will start, it ends on 9 September 2024 at 3:00 p.m. Please note that on 9 September after 3:00 p.m. setting-up is only possible within the stands due to carpet laying in the aisle. During the regular set-up times, work can be carried out in the halls continuously, i.e. 24 hours a day.
For a fee of EUR 370.00, smaller stands than 200 sqm, can start setting up beforehand: advanced setting-up from 31.08.2024 - 04.09.2024, every day from 07:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m..

Dismantling
The regular dismantling takes place from 14 September until 16 September 2024, 9:00 p.m. and is free of charge. During the regular dismantling times, work can be carried out in the halls continuously, i.e. 24 hours a day.
- Saturday, 14.09.2024 from 5 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.: Dismantling work is only possible on the stand itself because aisle carpets are being removed and empty containers delivered.
- Saturday, 14.09.2024 from 8:00 p.m. to midnight: Entry only for vehicles with a gross vehicle weight rating of up to 7.49 t
- Sunday, 15.09.2024 from midnight until 3.00 a.m.: Entry only for vehicles with a gross vehicle weight rating of up to 7.49 t
- Sunday, 15.09.2022 from 3:00 a.m. until 8.00 a.m.: All vehicles must have left the exhibition grounds, except for cars parking on the parking level P4, P9 and P12.
- From Sunday, 15.09.2024 from 8:00 a.m. until Monday 16.09.2022 9:00 p.m.: Entry for all dismantling vehicles

Please note: every vehicle that wishes to enter the exhibition grounds during set-up and dismantling must first register and report to the Check-In.
Extended dismantling is possible on 17 September 2024 from 7:00 a.m. am to 9:00 p.m. The fee is EUR 370.00 for stands smaller than 200 sqm.

Deadlines for Automechanika Frankfurt 2024
Please be sure to note the following dates and deadlines:
- Submission of stand construction plans requiring approval: 08.08.2024
- Deadline for ordering suspensions: 30.07.2024
- Starting date for the express surcharge on certain services: 20.08.2024
Please understand that we can no longer guarantee orders received for the suspension and electricity after the above-mentioned deadlines.

We are happy to support your efforts to make your trade fair a success. To ensure that all services can be made available in a timely manner, we ask that you place your orders in the Shop for Exhibitor Services by no later than 19th August 2024.
Naturally you can also place orders shortly before the event or even while it is in process. Please note, however, that increased expenditures are required to provide certain services with extensive planning/personnel requirements at short notice. As a result, some services are subject to an express surcharge in the amount of 25% of the service price for all orders received 21 days or less before the event.

Parking and traffic regulations and other important information for driving onto the exhibition grounds (vehicle registration)
Accessing the exhibition grounds during set-up and dismantling phases
Messe Frankfurt’s new Central Traffic Management system has offered customer vehicles optimised access to the exhibition grounds during the set-up and dismantling phases of events. For this purpose, we ask exhibitors, stand construction companies and freight forwarders to register online in advance.
Once you have a print-out of the registration confirmation, you can go to the specified check-in. Please follow the signs from the motorway exit F-Rebstock (address for your navigation device: Bruno-Poelke-Strasse).
During the set-up and dismantling phase (incl. early set-up and extended dismantling), vehicles may only access the exhibition grounds through the check-in. Here, the check-in staff will see whether a loading zone is available for you. If it is, you will be given an authorisation form specifying the gate through which you can access the exhibition grounds.
Please note: In case of high volume of traffic waiting times are possible at the check-in!
Please note that only vehicles with an authorisation form will be allowed on to the exhibition grounds.
