Further relevant dates

The Exhibitor Services Shop opens 6 months prior to the start of the show for annual events and 9 months prior to the start of the show for biennial or multi-year events.

The ticket store for your set-up and dismantling passes opens 6 months before the start of the show for single-year events and 9 months for multi-year events.

The vehicle registration portal opens approximately 10 weeks before the event. Stand construction plans must be received at least 6 weeks before the start of the regular set-up.
